Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi finansial (fintech) di Indonesia telah merambah ke berbagai sektor usaha, termasuk sektor usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Salah satu contoh konkret penerapannya adalah pada toko sembako, yang kini mulai mengadopsi layanan fintech seperti pembayaran digital, aplikasi kasir, dan sistem pencatatan keuangan otomatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan fintech terhadap peningkatan pendapatan penjualan di Toko Sembako Juli Shop SRC. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, serta penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan fintech memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan efisiensi, loyalitas pelanggan, serta pendapatan toko. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pelaku UMKM lain untuk menerapkan teknologi finansial dalam kegiatan bisnis sehari-hari.
